    -Chrono Tank weapon logic revised (again), Now deals 5% of the full health,
    Insta-kill infantry. Fire on the move.
    -Chronoshift ability range reduced from 5000 to 1250, ability also limited to
    its range when used.
    -Chrono Tank rockets are purely anti-air now with better range (still weak
    damage).
    -Chrono Tank new voice, temporary Pacifier placeholder.
    -Added FX for chrono gun fire, and pure blue laser when heroic.
    -Hammer Tanks can leech the Chrono Gun again. (disabled with the first logic
    change)
    -Terror Drones inside IFVs enable the Stasis Ray Weapon.
    -Terror Drones deal more damage against the heaviest units. (Oni Mechs and
    Apocalypse)
    -Primary Faction Objects now have "Erased" death FX.
    (Civilian and Tech Structures are far too many to change one-by-one,
    plus some map overrides just nullifies changes from those objects)
    -Super Reactor toxin leak fx when really damaged.
    -RA2-ish Chronosphere FX bonus.
    -Leeched Tesla Tank weapon have a different weapon set template instead of
    using the Stingray one.
    -Tesla Tank scatter surge can be seen clearly. (when 2 or more units are
    affected)
    -Improved Tesla Bomb FX. Now has EMP effect.
    -Decreased delay on Natasha Bombing Run. Appears faster.
    -Desolator Airstrike appearance delay reduced. Same as precision strike.
    -New Sleeper Ambush effect. Added unique beacon effect as placeholders for the
    9 second delay. TBs appear for 1 second.
    -Unique beacon effect for Magnetic Sattelite, Magnetic Singularity and Chrono
    Rift.
    -Implemented patch 1.11 chrono rift reduced delays.
    -Directional armor damage intervals increased. 15% difference for light
    vehicles, 10% for mediums, default 5% for heavy units.
    -Veterancy bonuses range from 7%, 8%, and 9% when veteran, elite, and heroic
    respectively.
    -Tesla Tank now has it's own armor template, instead of inheriting Base
    Submarine armor.
    -Shogun Battleship turret turn speed halved. New projectile detonation
    effects.
    -Battleship and Dreadnought projectiles unable to follow moving objects working
    correctly now.
    -V4 Launcher rocket first launch height reduced so it reaches the target
    slightly faster.
    -Shinobis unattackable when in smoke bomb now correctly works.
    -Shinobi blade now only usable when in smoke bomb mode. Effective silent
    kills.
    -Yuriko psionic crush fx edit from Uprising - version 1.
    -Japan Conyard now has larger build radius. Same as Soviets.
    -Shogun Executioner final death FX.
    -Shogun Executioner Face now matches the concept art (fangs wide open), damaged
    texture added.
    -Greater Oni damage texture added.
    -Greater Oni new Raging Bull Rush ability, charges enemies then jumps to crush
    main target.
    -Both Oni Mechs and Battleship limited ability range to avoid wasting runs when
    unable to hit the target.
    -Tesla Coils are now Tier 3, buildable with a battle lab.
    -Added RA1 Anti-Infantry tesla coil weapon, short range 3 discharges for 3
    seconds.
    -Wave Force Tower has longer range, same damage as artillery, and removed idle
    weapon pre-charge behavior.
    -Soviet Tsar Ballistic Missile = Special Power
    -Super Reactors will no longer explode violently when under construction.
    -Super Reactor have a toxin leaking effect when really damaged.
    -Some Retextured and Remapped objects (All Factions)
